Esther is the founder and Director of Gunn Stewart Solutions. She is an experienced Local Government Head of Service with significant experience in transforming organisations and delivering improved customer outcomes.
With more than 20 years’ experience in multi-channel operational management and leading customer experience improvement projects in the private and public sectors, Esther has a proven track record of delivering the highest level of customer service whilst identifying strategic and operational initiatives to deliver efficiencies and improve the customer journey.
Esther has experience in utilising a range of methodologies to drive and manage change including: Agile, Lean 6 Sigma, Theory U and Prince2. She is also Disclosure Scotland checked.

Sara has fifteen years’ experience in communications, strategy development and stakeholder engagement, gained in: UK Government, local government (England), charity, conservation, forestry, climate change and energy efficiency sectors.
Areas of expertise include: producing graphic led strategy documents and presentations, report writing, mapping and gap analysis work, research, workshop design, community engagement, copy writing and editing.
Seb is an experienced project management professional, specialising in digital transformation, with experience of co-ordinating at both the programme and project level.
Before joining the team here, Seb worked in local government as well as in the third sector, and has a broad skillset and knowledge base encompassing strategic project management, Agile software development and data analysis & visualisation.
