Scottish Local Authorities Customer Services Managers' Group

The Scottish Local Authority Customer Service Managers' Group comprises the managers and budget holders with responsibilities for customer services within Scottish Local Authorities.

The group is a peer-to-peer knowledge sharing hub, facilitated by Esther Gunn-Stewart of Gunn Stewart Solutions, a former Local Authority Head of Service. 

The group operates on a Teams site to allow members to ask the community for support, stats, advice and ideas.

Membership to the Teams group is for local authorities only.

Carefully selected suppliers and stakeholders are able to engage with the group through online Learning Events and the Annual Conference. Engagement is typically through introducing existing clients to the group to share their journey - see below for further information.

The group has recently been opened up to colleagues in northern England and Northern Ireland.
