Gunn Stewart Solutions know that every situation is different. Our local authority, education and housing association clients may face the similar challenges but that does not mean one 'standard' consultancy approach will work for everyone.

We have found that some clients want us to act as a critical friend, providing advice, guidance and mentoring behind the scene; others want us to lead projects as independent external facilitators, others want a mix of both. We work with clients in the way that works for you.

At Gunn Stewart Solutions, we are committed to understanding our customers' needs and putting the right support in place to deliver measurable benefits.

We are specialists at online facilitation and workshop delivery, utilising cloud based working to get the most out of people's time. We have training and experience in using a range of tools that support remote working, such as Prince project management, Agile, Lean and Service Design. Gunn Stewart Solutions find most clients are now happy to work completely remotely but we are always happy to meet face-to-face when needed.
